The paintings of award-winning artist Kim Northrop’s have been exhibited in solo and group exhibitions throughout the United States, including the Ft. Lauderdale Museum of Art in Florida; the Southern Ohio Museum and Cultural Center in Portsmouth, the South Florida Museum in Bradenton; the Northwest Cultural Council in Barrington, Illinois, the West Martello Museum in Key West, Florida; and the Carson Street Gallery in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. In addition, her work is in private and public collections, including those of the Nikles Museum in Fluh, Switzerland, and Shawnee State University in Portsmouth, Ohio. Ms. Northrop was born in Akron, Ohio. She received a BFA from Eastern Kentucky University and an MFA from Ohio University.
