Rita MacNelly and Beezy Bogan
Rita MacNelly and Beezy Bogan have collaborated in
their Richmond, Virginia studio space since 1987. Both
photograph life on the streets of Key West during their
winter vacations and then recreate their subjects as
sculptures of wire and plaster. The sculptures are then
covered with cloth turning them into a three dimensional
canvas finished with acrylic paint.
